LAKE OF TEARS Confirmed For Germany's WAVE GOTIK TREFFEN Festival

January 31, 2008

Sweden's LAKE OF TEARS has been confirmed for the Wave Gotik Treffen festival, set to take place May 9-12 in Leipzig, Germany.

LAKE OF TEARS' latest album, "Moons and Mushrooms", was released in April 2007 via Dockyard 1. The follow-up to 2004's "Black Brick Road" was mixed by Christian Silver. The CD was issued in two editions — a normal version with eight tracks and a limited-edition digipack containing a cover of STATUS QUO's "Is There a Better Way" "played with the energy of a punk rock song!"

Fan-filmed video footage of LAKE OF TEARS' headlining appearance at the Lot Of Rage event on September 8, 2007 at Arenele Romane in Bucharest, Romania can be viewed below.
